    Morning Guys

    Not posted for a while its been a little quiet.

    Anyho....

    CCA request on behalf of my mum to RBSicon 24th October - They send it back with a typed note on a compliment

    'I am unable to process this cheque, as I cannot locate the account. Please check and resubmit the payment'

    On the 31st I receive a letter from Blair, Oliver and Scott requesting payment for RBS with the exact same Account number (mum's credit card number)

    Any advice and what to do next. CCA Blair, Oliver?

    Yes CCA Blair Oliver.....it would seem that they don't have it !!!! it could also possibly be classed as fraud !!! banks have to keep CCA's for at least 5 years under money laundering laws !!
