Sent letter to Barclaycard requesting list of charges etc. they have now replied saying they do not do this but they will supply me with copy statements back to 2001 when they started charging, but these will cost me £3.00 each - can this be right - seems a bit of a joke! Help anybody would be grateful.

You need to send the DPA letter (from the Bank templates library) + £10 fee
They have up to 40 days to reply, which you should spend reading the FAQs and step by step guide to fully understand the process and various stages involved.
There's a lot to take in, it's time consuming , but wiil pay dividends in the long run
