i am currently on the phone now and have been doing so fir the last 45 mins trying to get to speak to this dreadfull company who have been helping themselves to money from our account. i can only assume that its regarding a bank account we had with the A and L that was never ours even though in 2 years we had 3 bank statments from this account and the bank have admitted a "clerical" error aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhh
