Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I was just wondering where the shout box had gone. I've really enjoyed some lighthearted chat with lots of mods and site helpers over the last few days and was sad to see it missing today.
It was a good thing
1) IM tend to cross barriers (perceived by some)
2) It keeps general chit-chat off threads
3) It gets rid of trolls quicker (they cannot post a lot at once and subjects change quick).
I can understand and accept the reason though.
Pigeons, now that is a famously old concept. Showing your age there Jonni
I do actually thank Conar for finding the bear garden (his thread was moved from DAG), shout just seemed more like a group IM service (ideal for comments not wanting to be left permantly too).
Anyway my pigeon (bed) says it home time. See you tomorrow (later today).
