Hey everyone,

First of, VERY friendly site, great to see people helping people and getting back at those dam banks!!

After reading a few threads i've gone ahead and asked for a statement for the last 6 years!

And if it goes to court then so be it

Anyhow will keep you all updated as to when i get my statement and when i send out my letters.

I totally agree, what a friendly bunch of people. I am in the same boat as you, I have sent off requesting for all charges for the last 6 years, this was on the 5th June so at the moment I am still waiting!
