    Question Loanguard insurance on overdraft!

    I've been paying PPIicon on my overdrafticon with RBS for at least 6 yearsicon now and have added up the past 6 years of payments to around £500. I don't have any of the paperwork that I may or may not have signed for it. It shows up as a charge on my statements. I don't remember agreeing to the insurance but possibly did.

    Would my first step to be to write to the Bank and request a copy of the agreement? If they can't provide it then can I claim it back stating that I never agreed to it?
