Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Went into my local court today to put in my bank charges claim with Lloyds, I've claimed before with Natwest a few times so knew what to expect but the lady looked at the claim and said "we aren't taking anymore of those now" I said why? She said there was a "judgment" and all cases were now being automatically stayed the moment they were issued, I didn't think this was the case. Does anyone know anything? I thought it was supposed to be on a case by case basis.
