Goods Ordered, Paid for but not recieved. Please help
I purchased some goods over the internet on the 19 oct using my visa card. I was billed for them straight away. I am still waiting for the goods. When i log into my account with them, there is no history for this order.
I have phoned them and they also have no history of this order being made. They want me to send them my visa statement with the transaction showing. Im not sure i should be sending such personal information.
Do i have to send them my statement or is there anything else i can do to make them pay up?

Have you received your statement? Does the transaction actually show?
If it does, then you have little choice but to send a copy if you want to prove you had paid for the goods, otherwise, how do you expect them to trace it? You did give them the information once, so why the reluctance to do so now?
Didn't you get an e-mail confirmation after you ordered the goods?
Apologies to people who I was in the process of helping, I may be gone some time.

Many thanks
Send a copy of your statement. Blank out all but the last 4 numbers of your credit card; all other transaction; credit limit; available balance etc.
IOW, the copy should show nothing more than your name and address, the last 4 numbers of your card and the detail of the transaction they are disputing.
