Received response to CCA request - but is it a CCA
Hi all
I have received a reposnse from a DCA regarding my CCA request for Littlewoods Fleixible Account there is a compliment slip from "Credit Account Management", then there is a compliment slip from Littlewoods stating that a copy of CCA is atatched with the word "Phoenix" (another DCA) written on it, the my CCA request which has written on it DRD Sold, Scotall, LX, PO19070 then a photocopy of an agrreement which just states Littlewoods Flexible Account, Credit Agreement regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974, I have filled my details such as name and address in and signed and dated it :o there is a signature on it from Littlewoods but am unable to tell if it was preprinted etc and they haven't dated it and thats it - just my name and address and signature and account number all of which I have filled in. Is this a true CCA?
