    Default Help please (EGG)

    I am trying to claim back charges with Eggicon Credit Card and on the statements I've had over 3 years I have paid Credit Card Repayment Protector. Its cost me quite a bit, but I don't remember asking for this and I never ask for payment protection on anything else that I have ever taken out so I know I wouldn't have asked for it with a credit card application. Can I claim this back and if so, how?? Can I add it onto the simple charges form that I got off the reclaim bank charges threads or is it a seperate route??

    Hello and welcome to the forum,

    It appears with egg that you do not ask for it, they just apply it anyway.

    Best to send a SARicon to them and get all the information.

    Thank you for your help. I have already received all the statements for Eggicon and have gone through to find all the PPIicon payments. How do I now go about claiming this back. Is it just an additional payment to put in the bank charges spreadsheet? Or is it done seperately. Thank you x

    When you applied for your Eggicon CC online you will have been asdked to tick a box if you didnt want PPIicon applying if you didnt tick box they automatically add on & its at a phenomenal rate as I understand it you need to look at whether you would ever have been able to benefit from the policy & claim misselling on that basis
