I am new to forums (fori?) and hope that I am following protocol - if not please tell me.
I have just had 2 £30 charges applied to my Woolwich openplan account on the same day - for going over by £7 because of another charge they applied. I have rung them and they will not refund. I have worked out that they have charged me £387.50 in the last 6 years.
I have found the letter I need to start the reclaim process and filled in the gaps with the appropriate facts. I have not posted it yet and would really welcome any advice/encouragement from fellow claimants.
I know that it is a small sum compared to some here but it is a lot to me
Any advice?
