Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I've now received my bank charges list from the woolwich who did this free of charge and Barclays returned my cheque. However, could someone answer a question for me.
I've calculated the bank charges to be £1168 over the last 6 years excluding charges.
I'm about to write the letter asking for my money back and read somewhere that you don't include interest at 8% but I've also seen a letter stating the interest amount and the letters are identicial.
At this stage should I claim interest or not?
Also another question do I send it to the Woolwich who sent me the charges info or Barclays who I initially sent the letter and £10 to.
