    Default PPI questions

My friend took out PPIicon on a loan about 2 years ago. The loan was for £10000 over 5 years he says he doesn't remember being offered the PPI but got it anyhow. He also has Asthma and Eplispey and Cerebal Palsy which he says he wasn't asked about any pre-existing medical conditions. About a month ago I got him to cancel the PPI (I've never taken it out) when spoke to the bank they say said the balance of the loan had only gone down by about £500 as he was paying the PPI first.

    Does he have a case?

If so who does he send the letter to? The bank he took the loan out with? if so whats the address for Natwesticon

    Cheers

    Hello and welcome,

Yes I would say he has a very good case indeed. They would not have asked because these little exclusion they put in the terms and conditionsicon (if he ever got any)just make them more money, when they sell worthless insurance to people who could never claim on it

    Send the letter to
