i have just started to smell a rat with welcome finance and PPI.
after pm people in regards to there SAR, welcome do not include copies of policy document or policy number,
could it be welcome are taking money and saying they are covered by ppi and infact are not insured.
has anybody who has claimed ever had a claim form direct from the insurance company.
