just started PPI claim with MBNA ,2 weeks ago sent letter of to mbna and today i received letter from them stating they are looking into my complaint and will get back to me by 12/11/07 wait and see

Hi steve,
I am also claiming against MBNA for PPI and received the same letter saying they were investigating, then when it came near to the date they said they would reply by they sent another letter saying it would take another month.
I am now beginning to get somewhere as they have finally admitted I was mis-sold PPI as I was only working 15 hours per week, all I've got to do is proove it and hopefully I will get my money back

I Started my complait 6 weeks ago.. They sent me a letter back saying they are looking into the matter.. 3 weeks later, A letter arrived yesterday and you could tell it was the standard response to cover all options, basically they say them claim is not valid but they also say that they do not record calls. So how on earth can the know what the numpy on the other end of the phone said to me when i took out a 12k loan ?? have written a very strong letter back to kevin jennions and cc Carly Mason.
I am definetely not backing down on this... I have a genuine grievence with MBNA and have given them 21 days to come back to me or i will take this to the F.O.
