I have a Barclaycard I use, but they have kept lowering the credit limit which always results in me going over and being charged. (Now at £260). I always received a letter about a week or two after they had lowered it!
Going to put in a claim for the charges back for the last 5 years. I have had a good read through the posts and steps.
Just wanted to make sure the first step for credit cards was the Subject Action Request. I am getting this ready and will wait for reply before posting it off.

The first step all all claims is to send your SAR, they have 40 days to send this, while your waiting for them, you should read around the site and familarise yourself with how theng are done.
But there is help along the way. Any worries or problems, just add to your thread and some one will come along to help you.
