I have a barclaycard Mastercard and Barlcays Current Account (in use). Halifax Visa Card and Halifax Current Account- Defaulted, havent used for ages because of the charge ontop of charge.

Can we claim back for late payment charges and over credit limit charges? (around £25-£30 each).
