    Default Ppi -bank Of Scotland

    HI all
    My Aunt took a loan out with BOSicon in 2004 she was retired when she took the loan out. She had some money problems earlier in the year and I help sort her finances out. But the loan with BOS i noticed she had PPIicon so i wrote to them in August asking for a refund, today she got a letter back saying the PPI was not mis sold. And would not be refunded.

    QUESTION IS:

    Was the PPI mis- sold ?

    Need a few more details regarding the policy. Do you have the terms and conditionsicon of the ppi.

    On what ground did you state the ppi was mis-sold and on what grounds did they state is was not

    HI don`t have much info.
    What i do know is that my aunt was retired when she took loan out - clarified on credit agreement.
    PPIicon was added on to loan and interesticon calculated on both.
    Loan was for 8 years ppi only for 5 years.

    sent S.A.R. last month just waiting for that.

    Reason i think it was mis sold was because she was retired and she didn`t honestly know she had PPI.

    BOSicon refuse to believe that PPIicon was mis-sold,
    They have been obstructive in giving any information ie. terms and conditionsicon of PPI.
    So I have complained to the fosicon. - Just waiting for word back.
