Am wondering how true to life the Beeb will put this one across. She had visitors at the door in tonight's episode.... were these meant to be DCA blokes or bailiffs ? Am assuming they were meant to be from the Walford DCA... since there was no attempt to jam any feet in doorways and besides, they could have just walked in the front entrance.
Also... since when did they start knocking on doors on groups of 3.... or were there only 2 of them ?

Halifax - £2281, successfully refunded all charges after LBA letter & telephone call.
Have been offered the difference between the £20 and £12 charges from Capital One -- am sending LBA for remainder.
GE Money - Received settlement of £441, being total charges requested. No interest though.
CCA'd Bank of Scotland / Blair Oliver Scott to produce CCA Agreements on two Credit Cards - well in default, although still chasing payment!!!
EOS Solutions "ceased action on account" on behalf of a friend.
All in all, quite busy at the moment and enjoying every minute of it

Peggy had another visit from some middle-aged thugs.... who turned out to be bailiffs. They said she had defaulted on her payments on a CCJ (when did all that happen then ?!)..... and they had a Walking Possession Order or something... (the Beeb has done a bit of homework on the paperwork then, but I can't comment on it 'coz I don't know how/what/why one of those comes about anyway).
Then Roxy came in, tried to be menacing and ordered them to put the stuff down and get out.... and they did. Ah !... just like real life then, eh ?
Made me laugh when Ronnie suggested they would get her through it (Oh.... to have support like that, eh ?) and suggested 'phoning up all her creditors to arrange a payment 'coz that's all they wanted really..... what ya doing 'phoning up ? Put it in writing girl !... lol Get those CCAs off !!
