I complained about my charges to RBS way back at the start of the year, after many letters they finally agreed to refund the total (£197), although stated it was a goodwill payment. All I had to do was sign the form and they would pay me. So I quite happily signed the form and have been waiting ever since...
Surely it can't take them that long to process my payment?! Is this a normal time-scale - it did say in the letter it could take up to 4 months, although it's just passed 4 months now...
Can anyone help? How long have the rest of you guys had to wait for payment into your account?

You need to contact them urgently - it normally takes 10-14 working days to refund your charges once they receive your signed gesture of goodwill acceptance.
Four months is taking the mick big time
