    Does anyone know if there is a set criteria for hardship cases or what they are likely to accept as hardship ?? Many thanks in advance. x

    Try reading to this thread there are some comments there -Apparently the Banking Codeicon (which is voluntary anyway ) does not specify criteria - but some banks have their own guide only.

    Have you seen the announcement reference hardship cases today?
