Well after my win over moanament, i figured i would continue with Barclays icon

as i have an idea how they work, Or not as the case may be.

I have worked out my Claim to £424 + £124 int (at 8% as i cant get my head around CI and to be honest just want the charges back). So that has been sent today recorded delivery so hopefully i will have it back by Feb!!!

Well to many things happened and stuff was left to slide (bad Van), so new SArs sent to see situation and when it has been received to court we go :P

Hi Van,

If you've read recent BC threads, you'll see BC are repaying charges quickly now if you're avoiding the higher interest icon

.

So I doubt you'll need to go to court at all.

The downside of this is you won't get the full date-related 8% s.69 int't.

On the upside, they'll probably give you a flat 8% bonus.

Use this letter for the Prelim and lba icon

Well i have sent off the wifes lba icon

so that should hopefully pay that off, just need to do mine and get this all done. :P

Just had a response from them in regard to the request they have offered £155 back (asking for£800) so do i go for the lba icon

or just straight to court :P

Hi VDP,

If they fail to reply within 14 days, or they offer you a silly amount as they have done here, send the lba icon

.

If they fail to repay in full within 14 days, File on Form N1 at your local court.

Ok Quick Update on my two B'Card cases (one mine one the wifes)

We have drafted a bugger off letter to them for there offer (it says take as a part payment but we want the balance and gives them 14 days, so i am sure we will go to court for that one.

However we have gone over the 40 day DPA timescale, (day 41 now) so sending a give me info in 14 days otherwise i sue!

So heres hoping.

All done and dusted now, for the price of 6 1st class stamps we have recieved all but the interest icon

we were asking for (which is good enough for me!).
