Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
What your all basically saying is for all the times your bank has charged you for going silly overdrawn - ie pennies or other circumstances???? (not sure what they are) you can claim them back?
Sorry if that seems abit dim but ive just seen this thread on another website ive use and im intregued.
Any info on what sorts of things you can claim back on would be fab,
