The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
After finally geeting Natwest sorted out it's now Eggs turn. We sent a CCA off to Egg some time ago and they sent back a copy of an agreement with no signature on it with a little tick box greyed out and ticked which is supposed to be instead of a signature.
Now I know for a FACT that my partner had 2 copies of the agreement sent to her when she took the loan out and that she had to sign one and send it back before they released the money, we still have a copy of that agreement filed as well.
See my other thread in this forum about Natwest loan. Basically I got an email address from the bank charges forum and emailed him it was some high up bloke at RBS and it got sorted almost instantly I might try the same with smEgg
