Hi, I have read a few people with the same problem. I believe the account numbers will be on your credit file. You will have to write to one of the credit reference agencies and include p/o of £2 I think. 76Bramble
Simply write to Egg office as shown in the Forum Sticky thread, providing your name, and address when with Egg, possibly your DOB for unique identification. Egg are legally obliged to retain records I believe for 7 years. With 70 successful reclaims reported, I have never heard of Egg making difficulties about providing 6 years statements in response to your SAR, at a cost to you of:
£5 for just a list of your penalty charges (this will take a few days),
£10 for a one-inch thick bundle of everything Egg recorded about you (this could take 6 weeks).
Egg will also require photocopy of your drivers licence or passport, and 2 utilities bill originals, to prove you are who you say you are.
When you have the itemised list, then send Egg one of the standard template letters.
