Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi
Just thought I'd mention this - I found an old (2003 ) CRA file and it was great - it had account numbers on there as well as the usual address details. On the current files there aren't any account numbers and not sure exactly why this is as anyone who has access to your files would surely have to undergo certain security procedures anyway?
It does make much more sense to me to hold the account numbers - particularly if you have had more than one agreement with more than one company - so that you can work out exactly what's happened (and more importantly for your SAR's).
Is there any way we (collectively) can this this re-instated on current files?

they are still there just don't show up on your credit report any more. I had Experian send me a copy of there Query form and guess what Account Nummber is on it.
