HI Everyone my husband took a loan out in 2002 over a 5 yr period with loan protection this is with Lloyds TSB the loan was paid in Feb this year because my husband is self employed i have just found out that the policey was no good to us as it would not have paid out if he was out of work, because the loan has finished i dont have any of the paper work i am not going to let that stop us trying to claim it back, so what i am after is the address to send my letter to thanks in advance sorry it was so long winded. Jenny
Hi Fanny,
What you will have to do first is submit a SAR to Lloyds TSB to obtain all the information relating to the loan.
The address I used for that was initially ,
Complaints department Personal Loans Service Centre
Lloyds TSB PO Box 43 Peterlee County Durham SR8 2YQ
The complaint regarding the Insurance policy should be addressed to the following:-
Customer Care Department Lloyds TSB Insurance Tredegar Park Newport South Wales NP10 8SB
I think I have some other names and Addresses if you need them at a later stage, I cant say too much regarding Lloyds on open forum..lol.
Ive been there and got full refund though..
Good Luck
Ian
