had a loan of welcome finance of £2000. PPI is on there which ive been mis sold so i want to claim back.
but ive noticed something else.
ive been charged £175.00 for personal accident plan which i did not want.
i have kept all paperwork and noticed on the one sheet where there are product included boxes, it states yes or no if any is required.
the box either has a yes or no in it.
in the personal accident plan box it says no
so it states on that form i did not require it, yet they have placed it on the financial agreement form.
