No information provided about PPI at all, just "do you want it?"
I will be claiming it was miss sold, due to the fact that I had a pre-existing medical condition.

Nice to see you over in this part of the site, I do try to keep up with the posts on the Consumer Credit Agreement thread. Does get a bit heated sometimes, but full of relevant info though.

Finally got my arris in gear.
After three letters from October till December from Goldfish telling me they would look into my "complaint", I finally sent a fos complaint form off last Friday.
Got an acknowledgement from them today- very busy - but they will look into it in due course which is fine by me.
Then yesterday I got a bogoff letter from Goldfish.
Ho hum, we'll see. Not up to them now, is it?

Well, its now Novemebr and no sign of the fos being in the slightlest bit concerned, so I going take matters into my own hands and start a small claim.
Sent a CCA request to Barclaycard (who now own Goldfish) and got a copy of Barclaycard's 1999 T&Cs in response. Very nice but something with a MS letterhead would be more relevant, considering they were the company who were so keen to give me a credit card. No application form.
I now believe that any evidence that I even applied for PPI has been lost.
They have 14 days before I file a small claim for all PPI premiums and interest levied thereon. It aint gonna be cheap.
