Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
After sending in a request to the court for a judgement to be entered and defence to be thrown out on the grounds of non compliance I have now received a letter from the court stating that on the judge's own initiative a stay as been ordered pending the outcome of OFT test case.
How do I go about getting a stay lifted that a judge has ordered? The bank (Lloyds) have never complied with any requests yet and I find it hard to beleive that a judge is favouring them......help please
