We are currently having our case reviewed by the fosicon so I will let you know the outcome when we hear anything.

    Good luck!

The fosicon upheld our claim but I have since had a letter from Target who have taken on the servicing of Picture Loans to say that Picture have no funds to pay any compensation.

I have forwarded this letter to the FOS who are aware that questions are being raised about Picture's ability to meet its liabilities and that they will be back in touch when they know more about the status of the business and will then be able to comment on how it will affect our complaint.

I hope this helps although it's not the best of news.

I will update when I know more.

Just had letter this morning we have won our claim against Picture PPIicon. we have been awarded just short of £15,000. This is a massive boost to us as taking the decsion we did to go with Picture was the biggest mistake of our lifes!!! its nearly cost us our house and our marriageicon. although still stuck with loan its fantastic news to get the PPI back. So for all those out there keep at it dont give up!!!!!!

Sorry saw the other thread first. Was your loan active? also had you had any no claims.

Mine has been with them since september and is having a technical query which worries me on whether I am even going to win let alone how fast I will get the cheque.

Sent my claim in November they asked for more info in December. They are asking for more info from Picture and say I should call back at the end of the month.

I am starting to worry now

My assessor has said the same today although it sounds like its in the final stages the way she put it and so I should have completion within a month.

Theres a big thread on MSE and on that noone has been turned down it sounds like there is delays processing the information.

Where is the post on MSE

I can't find anything about anyone being turned down.

What reasons did they give for being refused
