Default Wellconned Finance. PPI - HELP

    Hi All

I was hoping if any of fantastic people could give me advice.

I took a loan from welcome finance around 2003 for the sum of £2000 with PPIicon.

Payments went through direct debiticon and on time. -Then in May 2006 I foolishly decided to top up my loan again for the sum of £2000 for 3 Years with ppi.

Ive now realised that I was forced to take out ppi or the loan will not have been offered.

I have contacted WF and have asked them to cancel my PPI - which they have stated that they are in the process and will recieve notification and a new payment figure will be released. ( I have no problem with that)

The 64 million dollar question is can I claim back payments I have previously made to the initial loan and then the top up loan for which I have been making payments to for a year. If so ? how would I go about doing that.

Hello and welcome to the forum,

First things first, do not under any circumstances sign up a new agreement. read this link.

Reclaiming back your mis-sold ppi is the same process as the bank charge.
