hi everyone, had to post here as well as in the debt form as i dont know wether thi company is Barclaysicon in house debt collectionicon or it is a debt company acting for barclays.

i cca'd the company called BOOKER MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED, who are collecting for baclays.
they write back saying they have no credit agreement and returned my £1 postal order.
they also said that they had to give any info on me and told me in the letter that it relates to a barclay loan and overdrafticon taken out in 1997. the figure excludde intrest and charges. the account was then closed in 1998 and passed to the branch recovery unit and the last payment recieved was in sept 2002. subsequent payments commenced to booker on 27th jan 2004.

i dont know if the debt has been sold to these or they are collecting on behalf.
they always put on there letters RE: BARCLAYS ACCOUNT.

i recieved another letter dated 20th sept/07
re: barclays account.
we write with reference to above account. we enclose expenditure and income form for you to complete and return along with repayment offers.
if we do not recieve reciept of this form within 7 days, you will leave us few options other than to refer this matter to the county courticon to obtain a county court judgement against you for the outsanding balance. plus court costs and additional intrest.

any help would be grateful. they have already defaulted on the 12 days and the other 31 days are up 5th oct/07
