Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Just starting out and looking through my old statements I have only been charged once for overlimit fees £20........but they have also taken £86.28 in PPI, which I didn't ask for. How do I go about getting this back? Also one other thing I noticed £132.36 had been taken on-line in NZ dollars that had nothing to do with me. Is it too late to ask for this back, it was taken in 2003. Any response to my questions would be appreciated....thanks
