a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
This isn't strictly 100% correct. Due to the OFT test case, most claims have been put on hold by the banks/stayed by the courts pending the outcome of the test case.
However, claimants are continuing to request refunds of penalty charges regardless of the above - in fact a payout was made by nat west today (paintball v nat west).
