So I sent a compliant to the fos rather than going the court route - they really are not a very nice bank are they! FOS have now got involved, and wrote to them, then Abbey wrote back to me saying FOS had asked for a final response to be sent to me, which Iis weird because I already had a final response from Cahoot.
Anyway FOS wrote to me saying they have asked Abbey to re-consider there offer, or provide details of how the charges are made up! will wait now to see what happens!
