    Just another thought, A SARicon costs just a tenner, can that not be used in court as an example of costs - that is if a SARicon only costs a tenner and requires some work from the bank how come a computer letter about a failed DD costs 39 quid

    Hi Queenjomati

    When you go to the court dont forget youll need to take 3 copies of everything.

    N1 = 3. POCicon = 3 Shedule of Charges = 3.

    The Court will stamp one for you and youll get it back when they have sent one to the bank. It will say on it the date that it was Deemed Served to the bank.
    The bank now have 14 days to Acknowledge your claim and another 14 days to file a defenceicon, (28 days in all from the deemed served date).

    Keep ringin up the court to find out if they have acknowledged, If they have the court will let you know by sending you a letter of acknowledgement then you wait for the 14 days again for them to file defence.

    If they do acknowledge and say they are going to defend the claim , dont panic! Sometimes it doesnt always follow that they do actually file.

    Once you put your N1 in your on the waiting game so take the time to read through a few WON threads . This will give you some idea of what is to come and will give your confidence a big boost as well.

    Good Luck and any questions you might have just give a yell and someone will be there for you.
    It mght seem an awful lot to take in all at once but youll get there in the end.
