I transferred £150.00 from my joint A&L account to my other A&L account on the 18th Sept at about 8.30 in the morning, I`ve now checked my account online and it shows that my bill payment went in yesterday then after it shows that £20.00 direct debit(which went out last month on the 20th) was taken out and now a £34 charge has been added and put in before both of them on the statement. I rang them up to kick of at them and they informed me that it takes 48hrs to transfer across. Told me I had to write a letter blah blah as there was nothing they could do. Is there any letter template that I can send as I`m well P*$!d. I`ve already got a claim for £2300 that is stayed. But I've managed my accounts better this year so not been charged this year by unpaid charges etc. I`ve looked in library but can`t find anything, just wondered if anyone can help.
Do you know i have checked my statement several times a day sometimes and the barstewards actually alter transactions as they go along to suit them.
Trouble is it took me awhile to click and I never printed them out in time to show the variations.
