I had actually PM'd a few people who I though may be able to help but haven't heard anything.

Unfortunately, due to time contraints I'm gonna have to submit without any draft directions. I have asked for standard disclosure.

Could anyone who is at court stage with PPI please post an update as to what they are doing, where they are up to etc etc as like Hell says any information we can read/gather/analyse really does help others.

I am sorry that you did not get help when you needed it. It is a poor show I feel. I also pm'd a couple of Mods and got no respense. I know that they are busy, and are inandated with pm's but it would be nice if they occasionally popped over to this forum to give a little advice.

Anyway I am sure what you have done is correct.
