    We will never get a refund,they have taken all our bread and milked us for a long time.
    They wonder why the consumer gets the pig with them,well we will tell you,it's coz you have taken the biscuit for far too long.oh crumbs i hope i don't get into trouble for this.

    Well, jeez, I don't know, Conar. When you think that the day the OFT announced their lawsuit against the banks, every single one of the banks published an identical statement on their websites to that effect, you'd think it was the hell of a coincidence, huh?

    Perhaps we are going about things in the wrong way with the OFT. Maybe we
    should be claiming the banks have fixed their returned cheque/direct debits
    in collusion with all the other banks. And if theydeny it, ask them what it was a few years ago that forced them all to raise their charges by £5 within weeks of one another? Are they seriously tying to tell us that their costs
    went up by the same amount, at the same time, across all the banks despite
    them all having different customer bases, accounting systems, branches,
    customers etc etc. Northern Rockicon springs to mind since even the Bank Of England has stated that its customer base is so much more out of kilter with
    its competitors.
