Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
After finally getting my statements from Barclaycard and starting to input them on the spreadsheet, I have noticed that the charges I am claim back have been applied to my account rather ramdomly.
For Example:- Late payment & Over limit charges applied in Dec 2004
Payment made in jan but no over limit charge even though I still was. Then no charges the following month even though no payment and over limit. Then payment made for mar and apr 04 no charges but still over limit, then both charges applied in may 04.
Can some explain the ramdonised application of charges to my account?
Yeah I will do have alreayd done and won from Halifax, so dont have any problem in doing it, just wondered if anyone could explain the inconsitency of the charges.
