    Default 14 days to reply?

    I'm about to issue a LPA but when do i count the 14 days from? The day i post it or the day they should recieve it? Is it workind days only?

    I think a letter is deemed to be served 2 days after postage. It is simply the number of days not working days. If you send your letter recorded you will know when it is signed for(hopefully lol).
