I have sent prelim letter and lba to the Bank of Scotland asking for a refund in my charges. Its not much (£125) this is a forerunner to my bank charges refund (£3,000) but a matter of principle at this time.

I need to file a claim with moneyclaim online. I have read the details about what to put if you are challenging bank charges but is it okay to just amend the words 'bank' for credit card.

Has anyone else got any experience of credit card refunds from the bank of scotland.
