I have been to the sheriff court in Glasgow (April 2007) and the Judge decreed in my favour as the bank did not defend the case. The interest rate on my claim was 28% and the decree clearly states this. The Bank of Scotland are refusing to pay any more than 8% and they say they will get the decree recalled and the case will start all over again - can they do this ?
