Me & my boyf have booked a holidayto Turkey through Travelcare (we booked it less than 2 hours ago) and we were really excited UNTIL.. we looked online for reviews and happened to come up with a price for the holiday through the travel company direct (Thomas Cook). The price we have paid with Travel care is £100 more (!) than if we had booked online through Thomas Cook direct.
I paid over the phone by credit card and he has taken the payment as he said 'its gone through ok'...
As I havent signed anything, would I have any chance of being able to cancel without paying any fees? (The holiday is booked for 27th so less than 2 weeks).
I know I should be happy that I have a holiday booked etc but we could really do with the extra £100!
