Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Just want to say hi and that I have read most of your threads....Squarepants, I believe you may be a little insane - but lots of good info already.
I am about to start my claim against the A+L and obviously a little hesitant due to the infamous test case due in January. I have read a lot on the site and the general advice is to proceed as normal, use all templates here and ask for advice when unsure.
Is there anything you guys feel I should know or has the process changed in any way recently to lessen the chance of avoiding the dreaded stay!!
Follow the tried and tested procedures, file in court rather than MCOL using the new POCs. You might want to check out the forum on stays and see what your local court is up to.
