Hi everybody, can anyone help me with advice on how to remove the stay on my Barclaycard claim. I've tried searching the net high and low to no luck.
I've got a N244 application notice to fill in, just don't know what to put and how to fill in the application.
I've read through all the removal of stay packages on here and around the net but they're for bank charges claims, i've tried to rewrite them to fit for credit card stays but it doesn't seem very relevent to credit cards at all.
Barclaycard have already paid me the difference from the £12 set by the OFT, so i'm really claiming all that they've charged me.
