Barclaycard call centre people are phoning me up at all times on my alternative mobile. The number for this phone is held only by Mrs NP and the two little ones.
When I answer the phone the person at the other end asks for a Miss A. That's not me I say and they say sorry and hang up.
A couple of calls have come from an 0845 number. When I call back I have to go through my security details. But I don't have a Bcard so I don't exist on their system. Miss A does but that#s not me.
Bcard refuse to delete the number from their system. Any suggestions - apart from the obvious change your number.
