Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
basically i had been banned for 6mths due to a issue with dvla in the past and my ban is now up. they want me to send £60 for my provisional.
i still have my old one, it was lost when they asked for it but now i have found it .
my question is would i be able to book my theory and take this with me or will they want the £60 before the remove the intitlement to take a theory test.
i'm obviuosly going to have the same driver number so i dont see why i could'nt. anybody know?
It's the issue number, not the licence thats the point - hell I think it is wrong, but the DVLA are immovable on this point, so time to fork out £60 I am sorry to say. IMHO the DVLA needs blowing up
