Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

I submitted this claim to MCOL in August 2007.
17th August i received my notice of acknowledgement from Northampton county court.
6th September i received notice of transfer of proceedings to Medway County court. Attached was an order stating from Northampton County court - WITHOUT HEARING IT IS ORDERED THAT - THE FILING OF AN ALLOCATION QUESTIONAIRE BE DISPENSED WITH IN THIS CASE UNLESS THE DISTRICT JUDGE AT THE COURT OF TRANSFER ORDERS OTHERWISE.
then it goes on to say that the allocation fee will be due on all claims over £1500. However my claim is not over this amount.
An allocation form was not attached? should it of been? And does this mean the case has been stayed? as it does not state that. So i am unsure as to whether apply to have it lifted?
